A gorgeous emerald and diamond ring from the Art Deco (ca1920s) era! Crafted in sleek platinum, this ring features a central, bezel-set emerald cabochon. The 4.5ct emerald is simply mesmerizing, displaying a vibrant, luscious green hue. The emerald is surrounded by a halo of bead-set rose cut diamonds, which are wonderfully faceted. Overall, the rose cut diamonds have an approximate total carat weight of .50ctw. The shoulders of the ring feature a subtle "step"-design, and are encrusted with bead-set single cut diamonds. Overall, the single cut diamonds have an approximate total carat weight of .30ctw. The remainder of the band is smooth and simple, and the inside of the shank is stamped with a worn maker's mark which reads: "RL". A gorgeous piece, this ring would make a radiant addition to any Art Deco-era jewelry collection!
Measurements: The ring is currently a size 8.75, but could easily be resized. The band had a width of 1.3mm.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting, and all of the stones are intact and securely set.
