A stunning silver, sodalite, and rock quartz crystal necklace from the Art Deco (ca1920s) era! This gorgeous necklace is comprised of 800 grade silver curb chain paired with deep blue sodalite beads, which are split in the center and separated by faceted rock crystal rondel beads. The sodalite beads have incredible natural striations of lighter blues and are speckled with white and brown hues throughout. Rock quartz crystal rondels serve as spacers in between the blue beads, giving the necklace additional dimension and sparkle. Separating the sections of chain and the split sodalite beads are individual round faceted rock quartz crystal beads. The necklace fastens with a simple spring-ring clasp and a dog clip in the back which also gives you the option to add a favorite charm or pendant. The dog clip is marked "800" for the silver purity content. The contrast between the rich blue sodalite and the faceted rock quartz crystal makes this a perfect statement piece, and it would look fabulous dressed up or down!
Measurements: The necklace measures approximately 60" in length. The sodalite/rock quartz crystal rondel combination beads measure approximately 1/2" in diameter, and the faceted crystal beads measure 1/4" in diameter.
Condition: The overall condition of this necklace is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no serious damage to any of the beads or rondels, which are all intact and securely set. The clasps are secure and in good working condition.
