A wonderful onyx and chalcedony bracelet from the Art Deco (1920s) era! Crafted in sterling silver, this lovely piece features a bold design of faceted chalcedony and onyx links which alternate to form a straight but flexible design. Each link is separated by a lovely marcasite lined connector and the bracelet fastens at a hidden push clasp. The chalcedony stones exhibit a range of soft periwinkle coloring that contrasts beautifully with the deep black hue of the onyx, creating a bold and very Deco color appeal. The clasp tongue is stamped "STERLING GERMANY" and a safety chain provides added security. This lovely bracelet makes a perfect every day piece and would make a fabulous addition to any collection!
Measurements: The bracelet measures approximately 7 1/8" long and about 7/16" wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the sterling silver setting. All of the chalcedony, onyx, and marcasite stones are intact and securely set. The clasp and safety chain are secure and in good working condition.
