A playful owl pendant/charm from the Art Nouveau (ca1910s) era! Crafted in gold-fill, this pendant features a double-sided owl-motif celluloid pendant. The celluloid is carved with a feather-motif texture, and features black, brown, and amber hand-painting. The bird's eyes are represented by yellow glass beads, and the double-sided pendant is held within a bezel-setting. The top of the piece features a complimentary fluted-bail, which is marked with a "1/20 14K" purity mark. A unique piece, this pendant/charm would be perfect for any bird enthusiast!
Measurements: The pendant/charm has a height of 1 1/2" (including the complimentary bail) and a width of 1".
Condition: The overall condition of the pendant/charm is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold-filled setting or to the celluloid owl. The glass eyes and complimentary bail are secure and intact.
