This stylish world globe pendant is a vintage Italian piece from the 1960s! The pendant depicts a 3-dimensional globe of the world, which is crafted in 18kt yellow gold for a subtle two-tone appearance. The raised continents have a very smooth gold finish, and are engraved with the Italian names that include: "N AMERICA," "S AMERICA," "EUROPA," "AFRICA," "AUSTRALIA," and "ASIA." The piece hangs from a simple gold ring at the top, perfect for hanging the pendant from a favorite gold chain. Stamped on the back of bail is "750 VR." A fun and creative vintage piece, this charming pendant would make a wonderful addition to any world traveler's collection!
Measurements: The pendant hangs 1 1/8" long, including the ring at the top. The globe itself measures 7/8” in size. The total weight of the piece is 8.0 grams.
Condition: The pendant is in excellent vintage condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting. All of the raised continents are securely attached, as is the ring bail at the top.
