A wonderful and unique watch chain from the 1930s era! Crafted in sterling silver by the Lambert Brothers of New York, this watch fob and chain set features a bold paperclip link chain which dangles a solid silver golf tee from each end. A swivel watch clasp attaches to one of the chain links and an oval-shaped plaque ready to be engraved can be found in the center. The swivel watch clasp is marked "A&Z Co." and both tees are stamped, one which reads "THE REDDY TEE PAT." and the other "LAMBERT BROS. N.Y. -STERLING-". The Reddy Tee company was the original manufacturer of what has come to be accepted as the standard wooden golf tee. These unique watch chains are a collectable piece for any golf enthusiast!
Measurements: The watch chain measures 6 3/8" long. The golf tees measure 1" and 2" respectively.
Condition: The watch chain remains in overall excellent condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the sterling silver setting. The golf tees are both in excellent condition, displaying normal surface wear and minimal signs of use. The swiveling watch clasp is secure and in good working condition.
