An exquisite and colorful navette ring from the Edwardian (ca1900s) era! Crafted in 18k yellow gold and platinum, this ring features a navette-style centerpiece. The centerpiece features 5 mine cut diamonds, which run vertically down the front of the piece and are all bead-set. The central row of diamonds is bordered on both the left and right by 1.5ctw of French cut rubies, which are all channel-set and display an incredible pinkish-red hue. The shoulders of the ring feature a shield-shaped motif, which are each encrusted with 5 bead-set mine cut diamonds. Overall, the diamonds have an approximate total carat weight of 1.65ctw. The remainder of the band is smooth and simple. A fantastic piece, this ring would make a lovely addition to any Edwardian-era jewelry collection!
Measurements: The ring is a size 6.75, but could easily be resized. The centerpiece measures 7/8" tall and 3/4" wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and platinum setting. All of the stones are secure and intact.
