An incredible pair of diamond earrings from the Edwardian (ca1910s) era! Crafted in 18k yellow gold and topped in platinum, these earrings feature 2.50ctw of old mine cut diamonds, which are all prong-set. The diamonds are organized to represent a blooming flower, and the stones display J/J color and VS1-SI1 clarity. The earrings are completed by gold lever backs, which are stamped "1856". The lever backs also feature hallmarks, which indicate that the earrings are French in origin. An eye-catching pair, these earrings would be perfect for any special event or occasion!
Measurements: The earrings hang 5/8" long, are 1/2" at the widest point and 1/4" thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings are excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold or platinum setting. The diamonds are secure and intact, and the lever backs are secure and in working order.
