A gorgeous and colorful ring from the Edwardian (ca1910s) era! Crafted in platinum, this ring features a central, bezel-set oval-shaped emerald cabochon. The emerald, which has a carat weight of 3.50ct, displays an incredibly luscious green hue. Each shoulder of the ring is encrusted with 4, bead-set single cut diamonds. Together, the diamonds have an approximate total carat weight of .10ctw, and display H/I color and VS1-VS2 clarity. The remainder of the band is smooth and simple, and the backside of the ring's centerpiece features a beautiful floral-motif cutout design. The outside of the shank is discretely marked with a maker's mark which reads: "J+P" and an illegible hallmark. A gorgeous piece, this ring would make a special addition to any antique jewelry collection!
Measurements: The ring is currently a size 7, but could easily be resized. The band has a width of 1.52mm.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the platinum setting, and all of the stones are intact and securely set.
