An attractive line bracelet from the late Retro (ca1940s) era! Crafted in platinum and 18k yellow gold, this beautiful bracelet boasts diamonds and sapphires that together create a feminine and timeless appeal. The 41 diamonds are Emerald Cut and prong set in a platinum setting while the 11 sapphires are prong set in an 18k yellow gold setting. The pattern forms a row that is hinged together, wrapping comfortably around the wrist. Each diamond sparkles when worn as the light catches the facets and the sapphires have an incredible vibrant blue color. The piece fastens with a push clasp stamped "950pt", "750", and a makers mark, which is disguised within the final sapphire link for a seamless appearance. A fold-over safety latch provides additional security when worn. Classically beautiful, the narrow bracelet is versatile enough to wear day or night, and could be grouped with other line bracelets for a layered look. It would make a beautiful addition to any woman's collection!
Measurements: The bracelet measures 6 3/4" long and would fit nicely on an average/medium sized wrist. The surface of the bracelet measures 1/4" wide and 3/16" thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum or gold setting or to any of the sapphire and diamond stones, all of which are intact, securely set, and free of noticeable chips or scratches. The hinged links move freely, and the push clasp and safety latch are secure and in good working condition.
