A Red Carpet worthy diamond encrusted bracelet from the Retro (ca1940) era! This absolutely exquisite piece is crafted in platinum and features a wide, flexible surface of diamond encrusted links, which interlock to form a fantastic and dramatic design. Each link is heavily encrusted with sparkling Brilliant and Baguette Cut diamonds, which collectively total approximately 32ctw, displaying I-J range color and VS-SI range clarity. Shapely cutouts and a stacked, belly front center add further detail and beauty to the already stunning design and a large Brilliant Cut stone is bezel set in the middle. The large center stone, which becomes the focal point of the piece, has an approximate weight of 1.70ct with J color and VS clarity. The bracelet meets at a push clasp at the end, which is disguised within the final diamond link and a fold-over safety latch provides additional security. There is a small makers mark on the tongue of the clasp which, unfortunately, we have been unable to decipher; please refer to images. Additionally, the bracelet was appraised by an independent and accredited GIA-certified Graduate Gemologist in August 2018, and has a stated retail replacement value of $87,000.00 When worn, the bracelet is positively breathtaking, and the piece would look simply magnificent worn on special occasions!
Measurements: The bracelet measures approximately 7 1/8" long, is 1 1/4" at the widest point, 7/8" at the least widest point, and measures 3/8" thick. It would fit nicely on an average sized wrist.
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting or to any of the diamonds, all of which are intact. The clasp and safety latch are both secure and in good working condition.
