An absolutely exquisite Schnelwar & Sons, J navette ring from the Art Deco (ca1920s) era! Crafted in 18k white gold, this ring features a substantial navette-style centerpiece. The centerpiece is decorated with marvelous 7 pearls, which vary slightly in size, but all display a beautiful milky-white luster. The remainder of the centerpiece is adorned with intricate etchings, which add to the alluring appearance of the ring. Each shoulder of the ring features a single bezel-set baguette cut sapphire and foliage-motif etchings. The remainder of the band is smooth and simple, and the inside of the shank is stamped "S.P.M". A fabulous ring, this piece would make a lovely addition to any Art Deco-era jewelry collection!
Measurements: The ring is a finger size 4.5, but it could easily be re-sized. The navette-shaped center measures 1" tall and 3/4" wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the white gold setting. All of the pearls and sapphires are secure and intact.
