An absolutely amazing spinel and pearl ring from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! This stunning piece is crafted in 14k yellow gold, and features 5 oval cut spinel stones. Although the spinels vary slightly in color, the pinkish-red hue of the stones wonderfully complements the yellow gold setting. The spinels are held within shared prong-settings. The centerpiece of the ring also feature 12 small seed pearls, which run along the top and bottom of the spinels. The pearls are all bead-set, and display a wonderful luster. The centerpiece and shoulders of the ring also feature a unique engraved design, which incorporates foliage-motifs. The inside of the shank is marked with a "14K" purity mark. A colorful and eye-catching ring, this piece would make a lovely addition to any Victorian-era jewelry collection!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 6.75 but could be slightly re-sized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting and all of the spinels and pearls are secure and intact.
