A breathtaking pair of dangle earrings from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Crafted in 14k yellow gold and sterling silver, each earring begins with a vertically-arranged row of 3, bezel-set, rose cut diamonds. Each earring then features a central, bezel-set, synthetic ruby. The oval cut "rubies" display an incredibly rich pinkish-red hue, and have an approximate total carat weight of 1.50ctw. The synthetic stones are surrounded by a halo of bezel-set rose cut diamonds. Together, the diamonds have an approximate total carat weight of 1.35ctw, and display J/K color and VS1-SI1 clarity. The earrings are completed by simple solid gold earring wires. An incredible pair, these earrings would look lovely worn to any special event or occasion!
Measurements: Each earring has a total length of 1 1/4” and measure 1/2" at their widest point.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Apart from normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and sterling silver setting, and the earring wires are in working order. All of the stones are intact and securely set.
