A wonderful turquoise necklace from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Crafted in 14k yellow gold, this necklace is comprised of vibrant knot-motif links. The links are intricately carved, and are connected by jump rings to turquoise nuggets. All of the turquoise nuggets vary in size and shape, but display a lovely greenish-blue hue and feature black matrix marbling. The necklace is substantial in length, and does not feature a clasp. However, the piece could easily be slipped on and off, and could be doubled. A colorful piece, this necklace would look lovely worn alone, or layered with other unique necklaces!
Measurements:The entire length of the chain measures approximately 44" long.
Condition:The overall condition of the necklace is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the yellow gold links. All of the turquoise nuggets are intact and free from any chips or damages.
