A lovely pair of earrings from the Victorian (Ca1880s) era! Crafted in 14kt yellow gold, these earrings begin with a simple wire riveted through a round banded agate bead. A teardrop-shaped banded agate stone hangs below, each carried by a golden cap. The dangling stones frame the face, and the natural striations in the agate provide a unique look. Measurements: The earrings hang approximately 2 1/8" in length and the teardrops measure about 5/16" wide.
Condition: The earrings are in excellent condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting. The agate stones are free of chips and scratches and are securely set. The earring wires are secure and in good working condition.
