Victorian 15k Repousse + Garnet Mourning Link Bracelet

A stunning and artistic bracelet from the Victorian (ca1880) era! This jaw-dropping piece is crafted in 15k yellow gold and is comprised of a series of articulated bike chain-style links. The centerpiece of the bracelet features a large deep red garnet cabochon in a gold bezel, perched on a setting created out of the same repousse links you can see throughout the bracelet. Beneath the garnet cabochon is a small compartment that holds a delicate lock of hair tied off with a gold thread. The repousse detail has a lovely swirled motif, adding incredible dimension to the design.
