A beautiful Etruscan revival necklace from the Victorian period (ca1880)! This 15kt gold English piece features nine graduating tear drop links covered in ornate Etruscan wire work, and all are suspended from a delicate gold chain in a festoon style. The untouched patina adds to the beauty of this special piece. The piece clasps with gold spring ring clasp at the back, and drapes beautifully at the neckline when worn. A must have for any lover of Etruscan antique jewelry!
Measurements: The necklace measures 18" long. The tear drops range in size with 1/4" long being the smallest and 3/4" long being the largest.
Condition: The overall condition of the necklace is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold tear drops and the clasp is secure and in good working condition.
