A lovely slide chain necklace from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Crafted in 9k vibrant yellow gold, this necklace is comprised of a lovely rope chain, which secures with a spring ring clasp, which is marked "375". The chain is accompanied by an oval-shaped slide, which is decorated with twisting wirework and three small stones. The slide features two bead-set opals, which display lovely blue, green, red, and orange flashes. A small bezel-set seed pearl is located between the opals. A fashionable necklace, this piece would blend seamlessly into any jewelry collection!
Measurements: The necklace measures approximately 27" in length.
Condition: The chain necklace is in excellent condition. There is no apparent damage to the yellow gold chain, and the opals and small pearl are secure and intact. The slide mechanism and spring ring clasp are both secure and in working order.
