A bold diamond snake ring from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Crafted in 9k rose gold, this ring depicts the twisting body of a serpent. The ring is comprised of 4 connected bands, which feature a smooth and simple surface. The head of the snake rests atop its curling body, and is decorated with a singular, bezel-set, .45ct mine cut diamond. The sparkling stone displays H/I color and VS1-SI1 clarity. The inside of the shank features a shield-motif hallmark, the number "9", a "375" purity mark, and the number "2". These hallmarks indicate that the piece was crafted in England. A wonderful piece, this ring would make an extraordinary addition to any Victorian-era jewelry collection!
Measurements: The ring is a size 9.75, but could be resized slightly. The back of the band has a width of 9.3mm.
Condition: The ring is in excellent condition. There is no apparent damage to the gold setting, and the diamond is intact and securely set.
