A beautiful chain necklace from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Crafted in sterling silver, this chain is composed of ellipse-shaped links, which are interiorly decorated with scrolling-motif wirework. The ornate links are connected to one another by small jump rings, and the piece secures with a large jump ring and watch swivel clasp. A fabulous piece, this chain necklace would look lovely worn on its own, or paired with a favorite locket or pendant!
Measurements: The chain measures 52" long.
Condition: The overall condition of the chain is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold wirework links, and both spring ring clasps are both secure and in good working condition.
