A stylish and romantic padlock necklace from the Victorian (1880s) era! Crafted in sterling silver, this necklace features a thick paperclip chain, centered by a padlock pendant. The chain secures with a simple spring ring clasp. The front of the padlock is smooth and simple, and the back half features an original monogram engraving which appears to read: "PGS". The monogram is surrounded by an engraved border. The side of the padlock is marked with a "STERLING" purity mark. A timeless piece, this pendant necklace would look lovely worn alone or layered with other necklaces!
Measurements: The chain measures 15" long, and the padlock measures 1 1/4" tall and 5/8" wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the pendant necklace is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the sterling silver charm or chain, and the padlock and spring ring clasp are both in working order.
