A fabulous pair of urn earrings from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Crafted in sterling silver, each earring is quite substantial in size and resembles an ornate urn. The highly-decorated urns feature a lovely repousse design, and are decorated on both the front and back. The earrings are topped by smooth and simple circular surmounts, and are completed by earring wires. An eye-catching pair, these earrings would make a lovely addition to any Victorian-era earring collection!
Measurements: The earrings measure 2 1/2" long and have a width of 5/8".
Conditions: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the silver setting or raised repousse details. The earring wires are secure and intact.
