A wonderful vintage pendant/charm from the Vintage (ca1960s) era! Crafted in vibrant 14k yellow gold, this pendant/charm depicts a miniature world globe with a colorful design. The globe itself is enameled with a deep royal blue color representing the oceans. A variety of inlaid stones throughout the globe indicate the continents, and yellow gold seams create a grid of coordinates. Included in the ensemble of inlaid stones are mother of pearl and agate. Each continent is also labeled with red enameling. Attached to the top of the stand is a fluted gold bail , which is stamped with an indistinguishable hallmark. This charming piece would look lovely worn on a gold chain, or added to a special charm bracelet. It is perfect for the vintage pendant/charm lover's collection!
Measurements: The pendant/charm hangs 1 3/8" long (including the bail). The globe itself has a 7/8" diameter.
Condition: The overall condition of the pendant/charm is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting, enameled details, or inlaid stones. The bail is secure and in working order.
