Edwardian 14kt Natural Pearl & Diamond Drop Earrings
A lovely pair of pearl drop earrings from the Edwardian (ca1910) era! Each of these beautiful earrings is set in 14kt white gold and has an elegant, feminine design. At the top of each earring is a wire surmount with a delicate diamond center and engraved border. A fine strand of chain hangs below, decorated with two natural seed pearls in the center. The drop design ends in a lustrous natural pearl at the bottom. All of the pearls have a wonderful creamy white color and soft, shimmery luster. When worn, the earrings dangle elegantly and have a classic, timelessly beautiful appearance. They would be perfect for special occasions!
Measurements: Each earring hangs approximately 1 7/8" long. The natural pearls at the base measure approximately 9mm in diameter each.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the white gold setting, and all of the pearls and both diamonds are intact. The earring wires are secure and in good condition. One of the pearls shows some minor natural color variation on the reverse side, which is not noticeable when worn.
