This spectacular 14k Native American Chief ring from the 1960's is a rare and unusual find! Made of 14kt gold, the piece is incredibly detailed, representing the portrait head of a grand Indian chief. The intricate carved face design depicts individual facial features, long locks of dark hair, and an elaborate feathered headdress adorned with rubies. The eyes in the Chiefs face are single cut diamonds and also have sparkling single cut diamonds in the Chiefs ears. The ring has a 14k hallmark that is stamped on the inside of the band. Measurements: The ring has a large finger size of 7.75 but could easily be re-sized. The length of the ring is 19.63mm and width of top of ring is 19.15mm. The 14k band tapers down from the head and measures 4.73mm at the smallest section on the bottom of ring.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or to any of the stones.
