Edwardian Mixed Metals Diamond Engage Ring 0.50ctw
A gorgeous mixed metals diamond engagement ring from the Late Victorian (ca1910) era! This beautiful two-tone piece has a 14kt gold shank and a platinum top. Resting within the hexagonal platinum setting is a single sparkling old European Cut diamond, which is accented by two smaller old European Cut diamonds at either side. Overall, the diamonds have a total carat weight of approximately 0.50ctw. The artistic details in the design make this ring very unique, including rich rose gold details, cutouts at the side edge, and hand-engraved detail throughout that creates a wonderful texture. The band tapers in as it reaches the back, and the inside of the shank is stamped "14K". If requested, a complimentary appraisal issued by an independent and accredited GIA graduate gemologist can be completed after purchase for insurance purposes. A beautiful and very special piece, it looks marvelous when worn and would make a gorgeous engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring is a finger size 6 but could easily be resized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the mixed metals setting or to the diamonds, all of which are intact.
