A beautiful pair of turquoise and gold earrings from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! These earrings have a lovely rhombus design and look simply wonderful when worn. Each earring begins with a decorative 18kt gold topper, which holds two turquoise beads set within the front surface. Dangling below the surmount is a wonderful rhombus drop that is split in the center and separated by faceted turquoise beads. Dangling freely below is a round turquoise bead in a gold setting. These stunning earrings are in beautiful condition and would make a wonderful addition to any collection!
Measurements: Each earring hangs approximately 1 3/4" long and measures approximately 5/8" at its widest and thickest point.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or to the turquoise stones, all of which are intact. The wires are secure and in good working condition.
