Art Deco Platinum Diamond Engagement Ring .20ct
A gorgeous diamond engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! Made of platinum, this beautiful ring has an ornate design that holds a sparkling old European Cut diamond at the center. The diamond rests in a square prong setting and weighs approximately .20ct with H color and VS2 clarity. Beautiful accent diamonds are set throughout the border, which line the shoulders, top, and bottom of the setting. The accent diamonds are single cut stones, weighing approximately .35ctw combined with H range color and VS2 range clarity. Delicate airline cutouts frame all of the diamonds, accentuating the lovely Art Deco design. The tapered band is simple and smooth, and is stamped with a small French hallmark on the outside of the shank. It has a truly captivating look when worn, and would make a very special engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 7.25, but could be easily re-sized up or down. The center of the ring measures 3/8" tall and about 5/8" wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting or to any of the diamond stones, all of which are intact and securely set.
