Art Deco Platinum French Cut Sapphire Band
A beautiful sapphire eternity band from the Art Deco (ca1930s) era! Made of platinum, this simple yet lovely band is comprised of a single row of vivid sapphire stones in a channel setting. The sapphires are French cut, and the seamless design carries around the outer entire surface of the ring, creating a beautiful look. The stones are framed by fine milgraining running along the top and bottom and both sides display a wonderful flowing etched design. This versatile ring would look perfect worn alone or stacked with other bands. A beautiful Deco piece, it is perfect for any sapphire lover and could make a special wedding band or anniversary piece!
Measurements: The ring has a finger of size 6, but could be re-sized very slightly if desired.
Condition: The ring is very good antique condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting. All of the sapphires are intact and securely set. There are a few very small chips in a few of the sapphire stones, which fortunately are minor and not noticeable when the ring is worn.
