Edwardian Platinum 3-Stone Diamond Drop Earrings 1.00ctw
A gorgeous pair of diamond earrings from the Edwardian (ca1910) era! The hanging design is crafted in platinum and features a trio of sparkling old Mine Cut diamonds which dangle vertically from the ear. The top two stones are set within a bezel setting, while the bottom stone rests in the center of an open wirework prong setting. The diamonds vary in size, with the largest dangling at the bottom (each weighing approximately 0.40ct) and collectively, the overall approximate diamond weight for both earrings is 1.00ctw. The top diamond attaches to a 14kt white gold earring post and the final two stones hang below from a shared link. The feminine look is simple yet stunning, and the design allows for lovely movement when worn. A timeless pair of diamond earrings, they would look beautiful worn day or night!
Measurements: The earrings hang approximately 7/8" long, measure a little more than 1/4" wide and 1/8" thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting. All three diamonds are intact, and the earring posts are secure.
