Georgian 18kt/Sterling Rose Cut Diamond Ring 0.30ct
A beautiful rose cut diamond ring from the Georgian era (ca1810)! This wonderful piece is crafted in 18kt yellow gold and sterling silver and adorns a single sparkling old Rose Cut diamond at the center. The stone rests within a closed foil-back belcher setting and weighs approximately 0.30ct. A beautiful tapered beveled design frames the diamond at either side along the shoulders, perfectly completing the lovely design, and a small hallmark (possibly French) can be found on the outside of the band in the back. A wonderful and enchanting Georgian era ring, it looks simply stunning when worn. It would make a magnificent addition to any collection, or a very unique and special engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 7.75, but could be slightly re-sized. The silver and diamond centerpiece measures a little more than 1/4" tall and 1/4" wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the silver and gold setting, and the diamond stone is intact.
