Art Deco 14kt Sapphire + Diamond Heart Motif Filigree Ring
A lovely diamond and sapphire ring from the late Art Deco (ca1930s) era! Crafted in 14kt white gold, this feminine piece displays a wonderful filigree design within an ornate frame. A vibrant French Cut sapphire rests at the center, flanked at the top and bottom by two heart-framed Single Cut diamonds, the trio set atop a fine wirework pattern. The look is completed with a graduated polished band that tapers towards the back and the inside shank is stamped "14K". The ring's ornate frame, fine filigree wirework, and the gently engraved band strike a perfect balance, making for a wonderful addition to any Art Deco collection!
Measurements: The ring fits a finger size of 7 but could easily be resized. The central plaque measures approximately 7/8" tall and 7/16" wide.
Condition: The ring is in good overall antique condition. Both of the diamonds and the sapphire are intact and securely set. Besides normal surface wear, there is no serious damage to the white gold setting, however, there are a few places which show minor wear to the frame.
