Art Deco 18kt Diamond Engagement Ring .12ct
A beautiful diamond engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! This simply lovely ring is made of 18kt white gold. Resting in the center is a prong set old European Cut diamond, which weighs approximately 0.12ctw and has H color and VS2 clarity. The diamond sits within an octagonal shaped setting that has squared-tipped corners. The sides and shoulders of the ring are detailed with a gorgeous filigree design, which has a floral motif with geometric influences. The milgraining and delicate wirework detail is excellent, and extends down to a lovely engraved design on the edge of the band. The band is stamped "18K" and "EMPIRE" inside. A delicate and feminine Art Deco ring, it looks wonderful when worn and would make a lovely engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring is a large finger size 8.75, but could be easily resized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting, and the diamond is intact.
