Art Deco Platinum Diamond + Onyx Hoop Dangle Earrings
A gorgeous pair of earrings from the Art Deco (ca1920s) era! Crated in platinum, an approximate total of 2.50ctw of sparkling diamonds adorn the surface of an elaborate frame. The surmount begins with a larger Full Cut diamond atop a smaller one, and a diamond-shaped teardrop hangs below holding two Single Cut diamonds. A bezel-set Square Cut diamond, two Full Cut diamonds, and Single Cut diamonds decorate the surface of the largest frame and carry a polished onyx circle. Two diamonds dangle freely inside of the circle, catching the light with every turn. The earrings are secured by matching friction backs. This beautiful pair of earrings would look spectacular worn on a special outing!
Measurements: The earrings hang approximately 2" in length. The open onyx circle is approximately 13/16" in diameter.
Condition: The earrings are in excellent condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting. All of the diamonds are intact and securely set. The onyx circles are free of chips and scratches and are securely set. The friction backs are in good working condition.
