A stylish and colorful necklace from the Art Deco (ca1920s) era! Crafted in sterling silver, this unique piece features vibrant blue glass squares which individually rest in closed-back settings. The settings feature a delicate scissor pattern along their edge, lovely side detail, and a sweet floral tile motif on their underside. The necklace contours beautifully against the wearer's collarbone thanks to subtle connecting bars seamlessly threaded through each link. A discrete push clasp is hidden within the final glass link to create a continuous design. This necklace blends perfectly into modern-day fashion and would be a wonderful addition to any collection!
Measurements: The necklace measures approximately 15" long. Each blue glass link measures 3/8" wide by 3/8" tall and slightly more than 1/4" deep.
Condition: The necklace is in overall excellent condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the sterling silver setting. There is a tiny chip in the corner of one blue glass tile attached to the push clasp, but this is not visible when worn and does not detract from the integrity of the piece.
