Edwardian 14kt/Platinum Diamond Cufflinks 0.50ctw
A beautiful pair of diamond cufflinks from the Edwardian (ca1910) era! Each double-sided cufflink is crafted in vibrant 14kt yellow gold with platinum accents, for a fabulous mixed metals appeal. The face of each cufflink is similar in shape to a pineapple or artichoke, complete with a fantastic textured body and smoothly polished curved accents. Symmetrically placed throughout are sparkling old Mine Cut diamonds resting in lovely platinum-topped bezel settings. The stones weigh approximately 0.50ctw combined, sparkling brilliantly in the light with every turn. Resting on the back of each cufflink is a connecting bar and a "14" gold purity mark inside of a "G" maker's mark. A classic and very attractive pair of cufflinks, they would make a perfect accessory for a man or woman!
Measurements: Each cufflink face measures approximately 3/4" tall, 1/2" wide and 1/16" thick. The space in between the cufflinks measures approximately 3/4" wide. The overall pennyweight of the set is 6.7dwt (10.4 grams).
Condition: The overall condition of the cufflinks is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and platinum setting or to the diamonds, all of which are intact.
