A fabulous equestrian inspired ring from the late Art Deco (ca1920s) era! Crafted in vibrant 14kt yellow gold, this fabulous piece features the profile of a majestic horse head at its center. The horse has the appearance that it is in motion and a single old Mine Cut diamond represents its eye. Encompassing the horse head is an elongated horizontal horseshoe which also acts as the exterior border to the design. The equine image carries into a wide gold band which graduates toward the back, completing the design perfectly. The inside of the ring is stamped "14K." The bold ring could be worn by either a man or woman and would make a great addition to any collection!
Measurement: The ring has a finger size 6.5 but could easily be resized if desired. The horse and horseshoe image at the center measures approximately 5/8" wide and a little more than 1/2" tall. The band is graduated, ranging from approximately 3/8" to 1/8" wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold ring and the diamond is intact.
