Vintage 14kt Garnet Stacked Band Harem Ring
A fun and unique Vintage garnet harem ring from the 1960s era! This beautiful 14kt yellow gold piece features a harem design comprised of 5 stacked bands that are hinged together at the back. Adorning the front of each band are faceted garnet stones that together form a diamond-shaped cluster when worn. The prong set stones exhibit gorgeous deep red hues, with facets that beautifully reflect the light with every turn. The smoothly polished stacked bands graduate slightly towards the back, where the hinged design allows them to move but not fully come apart, and stamped on the hinge is a "14" gold purity mark. This funky and fashionable ring has a stylish look and would make a one-of-a-kind statement piece when worn!
Measurements: The ring has an approximate finger size 5.5, and due to the unique hinged design of the band, resizing is not recommended. The garnet design measures about 3/4" wide, 1/2" tall, and rests about 1/8" above the finger when worn. The band measures 10mm wide at the front, and tapers to 6mm wide at the back.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or hinged stacking band feature. All of the garnet stones are intact and securely set.
